Postpartum Reset is a small group restorative exercise class taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy that meets for 1 hour once a week for 4 weeks. Each class includes: education, take home exercises, and the ability to ask questions specific to your needs! The goal is to reset the core and pelvic floor after the major changes your body goes through during pregnancy and delivery.
Areas of focus: core and pelvic floor restoration, diastsis recti, safe exercise progression, lifting/carrying, and jumping/running.
This class is designed for ANYONE who has had a baby and never completed specific postpartum pelvic floor or core muscle retraining. It is always important to restore your core and pelvic floor postpartum and it's never too late.

Postpartum Reset is IN-PERSON this fall! We will meet Monday mornings at Flipsters in downtown Seneca, 9:30am-10:30am. The first session will be October 28. Cost is $120. You can register below.
