Series of 12 total body workouts targeting pregnancy & postpartum strength needs. Workouts include 30 minutes of aerobic strength, but can be modified to your needs. Exercise modifications provided. All workouts are unique & can be done at home with minimal to no equipment. Take the planning out of your exercise routine! *Only recommended postpartum after completing Postpartum Reset or postpartum pelvic floor PT.
